Not feeling as ill as before so I thought it was worth going to the gym and giving it a go.Bench Press

100kg x 6
50kg x 8 – very wide grip

DB Flye

10kg x 8

Military Press
20kg x 8
50kg x 6 – behind the neck
60kg x 6 – behind the neck

Had to stop due to shoulder ache, didn’t want to risk going heavier

Raises Superset
5kg x 10
10kg x 10

Machine Rear Raise
20kg x 8
30kg x 8
40kg x 8
50kg x 8

Cable Tricep Pushdown
30kg x 8
40kg x 8
50kg x 8

Definitely getting stronger and bigger
