Back Training – Felt Good Being in the Gym For a Change

Haven’t really trained much in the last 2 weeks, medical problems and what not demotivating me. Today I forced myself to do it and it turned out to be quite a good session.Lat Pulldown

100kg x 8

Yates Row
20kg x 8
60kg x 8
100kg x 8
120kg x 8

Went slightly wider on the grip and it really nailed my teres.

Machine Row
40kg x 8
60kg x 8
80kg x 8

The weight peg/arm bent and I couldn’t load anymore weight on

Barbell Curl
30kg x 8
40kg x 8
50kg x 8 – nearly lost it because I burst out laughing at the song on the radio

Hammer Preacher Curl
10kg x 10
10kg x 10
10kg x 10

Done for the day. Felt good to be in the gym again and my back doesn’t seem to have gotten much weaker at all considering my hormones are not being produced.
